If you are a high-energy, smart, and ambitious individual, with good technical skills in IT, then we are looking for a talented Senior IT Support who will integrate our engineering team of Technical Services.

• Assessments of current and determining future technology and architecture requirements internally and for iB Products installed around the world
• Working with some of the most relevant IT products such as Virtualization products, IT management packages, and Cloud Setup, Installations and Pricing Options
• Prepare Cloud Architecture Analysis and Setup (MS AZURE, AMAZON etc)
• Gaps and opportunities’ identification, and recommend changes and improvements, formulating the action plan to help the organization harness and realize significantly more value from IT
• Support the Technical Services Manager. Prepare analysis and quotations reports

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PhD Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of proven experience with strong references
• Mandatory Cloud Infrastructure Experience (AZURE, AMAZON, SMARTCLOUD, etc.)
• Certifications will be considered as preferential factor (not an exclusionary factor)
• Knowledge of ITIL Frameworks. Office365. Active Directory Services on Premises and MS AZURE (other Clouds also)
• Windows Server (from 2008). MS-Exchange
• Microsoft IIS Administration. Microsoft Hyper-V
• SQL Server Enterprise Admin (from 2008) with Full Text Search and Integration Services
• LAN/WAN Technologies
• Dynamism, and pro-activity
• Capability to communicate concisely and clearly between all organization levels
• Flexible, ability to adapt to changing priorities and rapid change
• Oriented to results and objectives
• High dedication and sense of responsibility
