iB Labs is looking for a proven Business Development Manager for our Performance and Governance, Risk and Compliance Solutions. The person in this role will own all aspects of initiating and developing relationships with key Clients and including identifying, communicating vision, negotiating terms, assisting with technical integration, and working internally to grow our software business. Other responsibilities will include establishing key business metrics, devising and executing competitive benchmarking, identifying new business opportunities, and working with product engineers to build new features.

• ‍Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with customers, and marketing deals that drive competitive advantage, delight customers, and support strategic objectives
• Execute complex global contract negotiations with a bias for action and attention to detail
• Establish and execute against aggressive sales targets
• Create pitch presentations and sales materials
• Prepare and give business reviews to the internal senior management team
• Identify key customer needs to help inform and feature development

• ‍Bachelor’s degree required; concentrations in either business or computer science preferred
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B Software Business Development and sales
• Software and / or Tech industry experience
• 3-5 years executing deals and partnerships
• Comprehensive practical knowledge in different industries and processes
• Initiative taking and creative, and able to work well both on your own and in a team
•  Confident and enthusiastic
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
• Strong presentation computer skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel
