The Project Leader is responsible for both project coordination and management during the entire client implementation process. The Project Leader will interpret, understand and document client business requirements and translate those needs into the setup and configuration of iB Solutions, partnering with internal support, services and sales teams while managing the project scope, timeline, billing and budget. The Project Leader will also manage resources required to complete work outlined in the project plan and complete the plan on time and on budget within the framework of the implementation process.

• Interpret and understand client’s business and project requirements
• Effectively execute implementation process and procedures
• Create and manage project plans from scoping and initiation to project close-out
• Work with internal teams and external clients to establish the scope, requirements, milestones and key deliverables
• Communicate clearly with the client and internal client teams regarding, roadblocks, risk assessments and high level program milestone highlights
• Manage the project budget with overall budget accountability, providing regular updates/reporting to project stakeholders and the client
• Analyze risks, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibility for initiating mitigating action
• Travel to clients’ sites for scope meetings and live support

• 3-5 years of project coordination or management with a Software focus implementation
• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree required
• Strong record of academic achievement and clear demonstration of leadership in a work, academic, and/or extracurricular setting
• Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s)
• Strong computer skills required (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as demonstrated proficiency with data management and analysis)
• Willingness to travel
